What does an online exhibition look like?

We will be using a platform designed and hosted by CVENT.

Just like a traditional exhibition at a face to face meeting, attendees can visit the virtual exhibition hall and engage with exhibitors.

Attendees can view exhibitor information, download brochures, and when the exhibition is open, engage in instant meetings with exhibitors.

CVENT is a fully integrated and secure platform optimised for fully virtual events as well as hybrid events.

Exhibitor Management Portal

Click LOG IN to access the Exhibitor Management portal. Your lead sponsorship contact has received their log in details via email.

Upload your sponsor videos

Click UPLOAD VIDEOS to add your sponsorship video promotional materials to dropbox. All other promotional materials should be uploaded via the Exhibitor Management Portal. 

Accessing the Online Conference Portal

All sponsor & exhibitor representatives must be registered individually to gain access to the online conference portal. 

The Sponsorship Contact Lead will be contacted prior to the Online Summit to confirm which representatives are to be assigned to the online booth each day.

Login details will be emailed directly to registered representative/s. The email will include login details and credentials to provide your representative/s with access to the online Summit portal directly.

In order to participate as an online exhibitor at the event and make the most of the exhibition opportunities available, each of your exhibiting staff members will need access to their own device (laptop or desktop computer), internet, a webcam and a microphone.

Online Exhibition Booth inclusions

Inclusions differ for each package and level of sponsorship.

Standard inclusions for each exhibitor areas follows:

  • Online Exhibition Booth featured in the online conference portal.
  • Company profile on the online conference portal.*
  • Brochure/s and flyer/s available for download from the online conference portal.*
  • Promotional Video/s linked to the online conference portal.*
  • Full online conference registrations.*
  • Your booth will be included in the “Online Game” at the time of the conference.
  • Access to the online Networking Hub to connect with all delegates and request meetings (includes live video and text chat)
  • Access to online Lead Management Software.

*Please refer to the sponsorship prospectus for profile word count, and the number of videos, brochures/flyers, and registrations included with your package.

Exhibition Opening Times

The exhibition area will be open to delegates at all times throughout the Summit. Dedicated exhibition breaks will be programmed throughout the Summit for delegates to engage with sponsors. During these times you are strongly encouraged to be online and ‘at your stand’ to be available for meetings with delegates.

The exhibition breaks have been scheduled for the following times and are listed in AEST^*:














Outside of exhibition opening hours, delegates are still able to visit your stand to view your brochures and videos.

*Listing times are subject to relevant exhibition inclusions only and all times listed above may not be applicable to all packages. 

Lead Capture

The Summit Exhibition portal features a Lead Capture function. Here you can create questions for your team to ask delegates when they visit the exhibition booth. This information can be exported and collated at any time during or after the event. This is a great tool for your organisation to capture information from delegates visiting your exhibition stand whether it is a question to form part of a research task, or for follow-up after the Summit.

More information will be made available to Sponsors & Exhibitors in Mid – Late April.

Online Game

An online game will be conducted where points can be accrued by delegates as reward for visiting exhibitor stands, meeting with sponsor representatives and participating in sponsor lead management.

The Online Game is open to all registrants with details about points, goals, and badges available in the Online Game tab at the top of the portal.

Prizes will be awarded to the top point scorers.

Your Contact Person

When booking, please appoint a single point of contact within your Organisation.

All bookings will be recorded under the one name and all correspondence will be sent to this person.


Anyone from your Organisation attending the event must register with Conference Design before the meeting. An individual event registration will be required to access the online meeting and exhibition areas.

Please check your sponsorship or exhibition inclusions to confirm the number of inclusive registrations available. Additional registrations can be purchased for $500 AUD incl GST.

Exhibition Listings

Sponsors and exhibitors will be listed in the online event in order of sponsorship level followed by alphabetical order.

ACSA State-Based Dinners
Delivery Label

ACSA will be hosting state-based dinners to accompany the fully online program. Please see details below:

New South Wales Tuesday 18th May Swissotel, Sydney Approx. 45 Attendees
South Australia/Northern Territory Tuesday 18th May National Wine Centre, Adelaide Approx. 55 Attendees
Victoria  Wednesday 19th May Rydges, Melbourne Approx. 45 Attendees
Western Australia  Thursday 20th May Crown, Perth Approx. 55 Attendees

You will need to send your promotional flyer to the organisers of each stated based dinner. Click DOWNLOAD below to save a copy of the delivery label for your selected state. Please note, if you have more than one box, each box will need a delivery label.  All deliveries should arrive on or before Friday 14th of May 2021, thank you.
